Your order will be packed and shipped to you at the very best rate we can provide via UPS or U.S. Postal Service, by zone and weight of the parcel.
Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible. If a product is out of stock, we will note it on the invoice. You will only be charged for the products you are shipped.
Returns and Credit Memos:
If there is a discrepancy, please inspect your shipment and call us within 2 days of receipt of shipment, UPS has a return service for errors. If damage has occurred during the shipping process, it must be noted within two business days by ups.
